Uppropriate Global sits inside Uppropriate Ventures — a group that has been building, franchising and expanding businesses since 2019. We came to cross-border work from the business side, which is why we look at the P&L before we look at the visa.
Where we came from
We spent years buying, fixing and scaling businesses. Then clients started asking to do it abroad.
The group's first mandate was accepted in 2019. Since then the work has run across marketing, franchising and real estate — hundreds of unit-level rollouts, agreements, projections and investor conversations.
Overseas requests arrived the same way they always do: a client with capital, a target country, and no idea whether the business on the other side was real. Uppropriate Global exists to answer that question properly — and then to carry the file all the way through visa, landing and reporting.
How we work
Four rules we don't bend.
We say no.
If a target business fails diligence or a visa route doesn't fit your profile, we tell you before you're emotionally invested. A declined mandate costs us a fee; a bad one costs you a life plan.
No outcome is promised.
No consultant on earth approves a visa — governments do. We commit to the quality and completeness of the file, the timeline discipline, and honest odds up front.
One coordinator, always.
You get a single point of contact who holds the lawyers, CAs, consultants and in-country RMs together. You should never have to forward an email between your own advisors.
The money trail stays clean.
Every rupee that leaves and every dollar that returns is documented and reconcilable. We would rather slow a deal down than route it loosely.
