Questions people actually ask.
No, and neither can anyone else. Visas are granted by governments, not consultants. What we control is the quality and completeness of the file, the accuracy of the route we recommend, and an honest read of your odds before you spend money. If we think a route is unlikely, we'll say so on the first call.
It varies enormously by country, sector and whether an immigration route is attached — and the purchase price is rarely the real number. Budget for the price, professional and government fees, working capital, and personal living costs until the business supports you. We model the full number during scoping so you're deciding against reality.
Embassies and consulates don't appoint or endorse private consultancies, and you should be sceptical of any firm claiming otherwise. What we do have is direct working experience with consular and attestation channels — verification, MEA attestation, apostille, translation standards — and licensed practitioners who file in their own jurisdiction.
Often yes, but it changes what you should buy. A business that needs a hands-on owner is a poor fit for an absentee investor, no matter how good the numbers look. If you're staying in India, we weight targets towards businesses with proven management, documented SOPs and an RM who can be on site.
By mandate, agreed in writing before work starts — typically a scoping and diligence fee, then a stage-based fee for the transaction or the visa file. We don't take undisclosed commissions from the other side of your transaction, and where any commercial interest exists, we disclose it.
Usually not, but it does change the strategy. A refusal has to be disclosed, addressed and out-evidenced in the next file. The first thing we do is read the actual refusal reasons rather than guessing, then tell you whether a re-file is realistic or whether a different route makes more sense.
For student and visa work, yes, well beyond those two. For investment mandates we only take work where we can put qualified local counsel and a relationship manager on the file. If we can't, we'll tell you rather than improvise.
