The people behind a file

Cross-border work fails at the handoffs. Our answer is a fixed panel of specialists per mandate, and one coordinator who owns the whole thing end to end.

Panel

Six roles, assembled per mandate.

Licensed visa consultants

Indian and international immigration practitioners. International files are prepared and signed by practitioners qualified in that jurisdiction — for Canada, that means a regulated immigration consultant or a licensed lawyer, and you're entitled to see the registration.

Consular & documentation desk

Direct working experience with embassy, consulate and attestation channels: verification, MEA attestation, apostille, translation standards and clearance sequencing per country.

Chartered accountants

Onboarded CAs for audit and financial diligence on the target business, and for the Indian side of routing, reporting and repatriation.

Investment consultants

Sector-specific specialists for valuation, deal structure and negotiation — brought in where their sector experience is genuinely relevant.

International relationship managers

RMs based in the country you're investing in. They visit the premises, sit with the seller, verify what's on paper against what's on site, and stay on after closing as your local point of contact.

Local legal counsel

Jurisdiction-qualified lawyers for share purchase, asset transfer, lease assignment, employment and any regulated licence.

Coordination

One person holds the whole file.

Six specialists is only an advantage if somebody sequences them. Your coordinator holds the timeline, chases the documents, and makes sure the lawyer, the CA and the visa consultant are working off the same version of the truth.

  • One named contact from scoping to post-closing reporting
  • A shared file index — you always know what's pending and with whom
  • Scheduled updates, not updates on request
  • Any conflict of interest disclosed in writing at the point it arises

What we won't put on this page

No stock photographs of people who never worked here, no invented success statistics, and no client logos we don't have permission to use. If you want references, ask on the call and we'll arrange the ones we're allowed to share.
